The people who work here are incredible - From Crystal and Robin and others at the front desk to the Commons Club team, everything exceeded expectations. The room was so neatly designed, the shower room so nice with its bench and high end soaps and even the safe was an easy to use drawer with a light & custom "bling" mat. The bed was just so restful. The oysters were yummy, the white omelet with goats cheese and the various breakfast selections were ALL tasty and served beautifully. The dinner was also yummy...more yummy than any other restaurant we ate at in Nashville. I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than this wonderful boutique hotel nestled in Midtown Nashville. P.S. The pool table, fun camera installation and open library added so much character! And they allow pets. The dogs and cat made my stay like home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The level of service I received from the bellman at both check-in and check-out was truly exceptional. From ensuring I got to my room with ease to thoughtfully loading my car while I stepped away for coffee, his attention to detail and genuine care went far beyond what’s expected. The hotel itself was beautiful, but it was his professionalism, kindness, and impeccable sense of style that truly elevated my stay. Always polished and impeccably dressed, he carried himself with a level of confidence and dapperness that perfectly matched the caliber of the hotel. I drive a manual transmission and often feel uneasy with valet services, so his competence and consideration made the experience especially meaningful. Service like this is rare, and it made a lasting impression.

One of my besties and I went to the Christmas holiday popup on the rooftop of the Virgin Hotels. We went on a Wednesday night so it wasn't too crowded and we were easily able to get a table. The vibes were so cozy with beautiful decorations everywhere. They even had one of those camera screens where you can take some holiday pictures. We ordered the Merry Mule and a Hot Cocoa. The Merry Mule came in the cutest cup ever! They were both so yummy although definitely on the expensive side. We were immediately met with very friendly staff as soon as we walked in who were great the whole time we were there. One thing to note is that all of the parking around is paid. You can valet your car for a couple of hours right out front for $20 and then the price increases for more time. We both opted to park on the street just down the street which ended up being $4.73 for up to 10 hours. For Nashville, not so bad! All in all we had a great night!

Great location right on music row. Such a cool vibe from the commons club, funny library all the way to the rooftop pool. The service was stellar. Food was delicious. Felt extremely safe. We slept SO good. Perfect spot away from the Broadway crazy but close enough to have the BEST time. I can't wait to go back!

Four-Star Hotel With Five-Star Class Virgin Hotels Nashville delivers an experience that feels elevated from the moment you arrive. The energy is vibrant, creative, and welcoming — a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The vibe alone is worth the stay: warm lighting, stylish décor, and a signature atmosphere that inspires you to level up. The service is genuinely top-notch. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and clearly committed to making guests feel cared for. It’s rare to find a hotel where hospitality feels this authentic. What I loved most is that this isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a place to connect. The environment naturally attracts high-quality people. Conversations flow, opportunities appear, and you never know who you might meet here. It’s the kind of setting that effortlessly supports networking, growth, and meaningful interactions. Virgin Hotels Nashville is a four-star hotel that carries itself with unmistakable five-star class. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting comfort, inspiration, and an elevated experience while staying in Nashville

This hotel has my heart! Since the moment we arrived their attention to details and cutest gestures were evident, it’s very clean, super aesthetic and unique it its decor and interior design, everyone was very nice and helpful, valentines day decor was so beautiful, the photo booth was so much fun, the coffee shop has board games which we played, the restaurant has Monday event where local artists perform, which was awesome definitely recommend this place . My only complaint is that the shower water was extremely hot, cold water wasn’t working.

My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel over the weekend. We were really impressed with how clean and spacious our room was. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special shout-out has to go to the doorman, Gregg, who provided outstanding service all weekend long. We loved the hotel's amenities, too. The ground-floor bar was a fantastic spot, with a great pool table and live music every night. The gym was also top-notch—clean, spacious, and full of equipment. We even checked out the rooftop pool, which has a full bar. The music up there was a little too loud for our taste, so we didn't stay long, but we'd still highly recommend the hotel. We'd definitely go back!
